We recommend regular teeth cleanings at least every six months. Some individuals require more frequent visits depending on their biome and if they are overcoming gum disease. Regular teeth cleanings help prevent tartar formation, cavities, and gum disease. 

We recommend this teeth cleaning schedule for most of our patients, as it can reduce the risk of future dental problems. Some may require periodontal therapy to treat gum disease before being placed on a preventative plan.

We are a fluoride-free practice and use holistic therapies for those with gum infections, sensitivities, and weak enamel.

BPA-free Sealants

In addition to teeth cleanings, we may recommend BPA-free dental sealants to further reduce the risk of cavities, especially in cases where teeth have deep grooves. This depends on the patient and how at risk they are for developing cavities.

Fluoride-free Dentistry
